These terms govern your use of Seren, the AI workspace available at seren.im and through the Seren browser extension. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Seren provides access to third-party AI models through one workspace, together with features such as Fusion Mode, artifacts, agents, image generation, translation, memory and team workspaces. Features evolve; we may add, change or retire functionality as the product develops.
You agree not to:
The Seren Chrome extension runs in your browser and talks to the same account. When you ask it to summarize or analyze a page, the page content you select (or the page you are viewing) is sent to our servers and, as needed for the answer, to the model provider. Page content is not used for anything else and is not shared with third parties beyond that purpose. Site-by-site controls in your client profile let you turn these features off per website.
The Social Suite can draft, schedule and publish content to social accounts you connect (for example Facebook, Instagram, X or LinkedIn). You keep full responsibility for what you publish: approve every plan and post, follow each platform's rules, and ensure you have the rights to the content. Nothing publishes without your approval unless you explicitly graduate a post type to automatic publishing, which you can revoke at any time. Disconnecting an account stops all future publishing to it.
In a team workspace the organization owner controls seats, membership and billing. Individual members' conversations remain private to them. If your seat is removed, your account reverts to its personal plan.
You may stop using Seren and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform or create risk for other users, with notice where reasonable.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in it.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Use the contact form.
