Seren is an AI workspace: one account that puts the leading AI models behind a single chat, with image generation, research agents, translation, artifacts, a social media suite and a Chrome extension. It runs on self-hosted infrastructure we operate ourselves.

OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, DeepSeek and more, all behind one chat. You can switch models mid-conversation, pin favourites in your model preferences, and the catalogue grows as providers release new models. The exact enabled lineup is maintained by our team and updated continuously.

Fusion Mode sends one prompt to multiple models at the same time and streams their answers side by side in independent columns. Consensus then reads every answer and writes the strongest combined response. It is the fastest way to see where the models agree and where one of them is wrong. Fusion Mode is included with Pro.

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of ✦ credits that meter usage. Each model has a fair rate per 1,000 tokens based on its real provider cost - efficient models cost ✦1, flagships more, and the rate is shown right in the model picker - and images show their exact price before you confirm. When credits run out, usage pauses until the next monthly period - there are no overage charges, ever. Unused credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

Yes. The Free plan includes a monthly credit allowance, free models, artifacts, web search with cited sources, translation in 133 languages, memory and image generation. No credit card is required, and the free plan is not a timed trial.

Pro unlocks every model including the providers' flagship tiers, Fusion Mode with Consensus, premium image models and a much larger monthly credit allowance. Team workspaces are billed per seat and add seat management, pooled credits and central invoicing.

Yes. Seren runs on infrastructure we operate, not a patchwork of third-party clouds. Conversations, images and memories are private to your account and enforced by database-level row security; in team workspaces even your organization's admin cannot read your chats. Two-factor authentication is built in, and the memory system is fully inspectable - see, edit or erase everything it knows in the Memo panel. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

No. We sell a workspace, not data. Your content is sent only to the AI provider behind the model you select, to generate the answer, under that provider's API terms. We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not use private content for advertising.

Team workspaces come with seat management, pooled credits and central billing with downloadable invoices. Every seated member gets Pro access while their conversations stay private to them. Owners manage seats and billing from the org pages.

The Seren side panel opens in one click beside any page: chat with the same models and the same account, summarize or translate what you are reading, ask about selected text, attach PDFs, and generate images. Signing in works with email or Continue with Google - the extension picks up your session automatically.

Agents finish multi-step jobs instead of answering once. Deep Research plans a topic, searches the web, reads the sources and writes a cited report as a downloadable artifact. Other installable skills cover charts, mind maps, currency, weather, arXiv, QR codes and more from the Skills marketplace.

Yes. Cancel from the billing page in two clicks; access continues until the end of the paid period, and there are no cancellation fees. Your data deletes when you delete your account, not before.

Seren is built and hosted in Canada on our own servers - database, search proxy and image storage included. The only outside services are the AI providers themselves, Stripe for payments, transactional email, and any social platforms you choose to connect. More on the About page.
