Your data is yours
Seren runs on infrastructure we operate ourselves, not a patchwork of third-party clouds. Conversations, images and memories are private to your account at the database level, and the memory system is fully inspectable.

No single lab wins every task. Seren is deliberately multi-model, so you can use the sharpest tool for each job and compare them side by side when it matters.

Runs on our servers

The longer story
Seren is built and hosted in Canada. Rather than reselling someone else's cloud, we run the platform on our own servers: the database, the search engine behind web answers, the storage that holds your images. The outside services involved are the AI providers themselves, Stripe for payments, an email delivery service for transactional messages, and any social platforms you choose to connect.
That choice shapes the product. Because we operate the stack, we can promise that your conversations are not training data for an advertising business, that your gallery is private storage rather than a public bucket, and that features like memory come with a full view of what is stored and a switch to turn it off.
The product is young and moves quickly: multi-model chat, Fusion Mode, Image Studio, agents, translation in 133 languages, a social suite and a Chrome extension have all shipped in rapid succession, and the roadmap is public in spirit: if it makes one workspace do the work of five subscriptions, it belongs in Seren.
